my book: The Float Tank Cure

Last week was big for me. After months of writing and conducting interviews, my first published book, The Float Tank Cure, finally released!  It can be purchased on Amazon and Kindle and it’s possible that an audiobook will be coming out in a few months.

If you know me at all, you know that I’ve been highly obsessed with floating for the last decade or so of my life. It all started with a DIY isolation tank that I built to use in my home. Then, I sold the plans to make it online. After that, I launched a Kickstarter Campaign to help make floating at home more accessible to the public. And now, I’ve got this book.

Which begs the question: Why did I write an entire book about floating?

The answer is quite simple. It’s my life and my mission to bring the peace and freedom of floating to as many people as I can and to help the world discover the float cure. Yet, despite how important floating is in my life, I run into people all the time who still haven’t heard of it. Or if they have, they shake their heads or roll their eyes and dismiss it as weird.

But it wasn’t until I adopted floating into my life more and more and had developed a habit that I came to realize that it was altering my overall well-being in ways I had never imagined. What started as a hobby for me, a way to relax and ease my anxiety, has transformed my life in so many ways.

I truly believe that floating should be a staple for anyone seeking a calmer and more peaceful life.

I cannot promise that you will see the results I did. However, I can assure you that others have, and you’ll hear from several of them in this book.

I wrote this book to help you understand what floating is, what it can do for you, and how other people just like you are seeing their lives transformed for the better. And I wrote this book to share my own story. Because floating is my cure, and it just might be yours too.

This book documents a part of my life that I haven’t shared with the world before. I hope as you read it you are inspired and can understand why floating is such an important part of my world as well as many others, too.

Happy Reading!
